3 Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for resumes for the position of Police
Constable on Fishers Island.
Direct that any individual or entity filing a tax grievance contesting their real property
assessments for 1999-2000 tax year are not required to affirmatively complete the "Applicant
Transactional Disclosure Form" as developed by the Board of Ethics. They are still required
to comply with the Code of Ethics of the Town and fully disclose any conflicts of interest.

designation of the Peconic Estuary as a Vessel No Discharge Zone; include Mattituck Creek
