address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

/'~ Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1999 for
budget
planning
consultants.
x~ Authorize modification to the East-West Greenport Fire Protection District 1999 budget to
appropriate funds for the recently executed contract.
)~ Appoint part time laborer for Solid Waste District.
~) Authorize the payment of medical bills on behalf of employees, which bills were submitted by
provider more than 90 days after the services were rendered.
Accept, with regret, resignation of Robert Kassner from the Landmark Preservation
Commission
Authorize expenditure, not to exceed $350, for NYS Motor Vehicle to travel to Fishers
Island to process renewal of drivers licenses for Fishers Island residents.
Amend Resolution No. 31 of the June 8, 1999 meeting appointing a scale operator, changing
salary to $13.41 per hour.
Authorize modification of the General Fund Whole Town 1999 budget to appropriate funds
for street lighting equipment.

for a small claim, Human Services.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute the Conservation Planning, Acquisition
and Professional Services Agreement of Peconic Land Trust, Inc.

in the matter of the Increase and Improvements of Facilities of the Southold Solid Waste
Management District in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York, pursuant to
Section 202-b of the Town Law.
15. Determine that the proposed action of Stacy A. and Michael J. Sheppard for a change of
zone will not have a significant effect on the environment, per 6 NYCRR Part 617.11, and
issue a negative declaration.
Authorize the rezoning of SCTM #1000-115-9.5 from Light Industrial District to Residential
District, per the application of Stacy A. and Michael J. Sheppard.
'~ Elect to purchase the Ciacia property, SCTM #1000-45-1-10, and authorize and direct
Supervisor Cochran to execute any and all required documents for the acquisition of said
property.
