(HOLD) Accept the bid of Rob's Food Service, Landmark Foods, and J. Kings Food Service to supply food during the 2000 calendar year to the Nutrition Program. Grant permission to Det. Beth Dzenkowski to attend the NYS Police Juvenile Officers Association, representing Suffolk and Nassau Counties, in Ithaca on March 2-3, 2000. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a contract with Pitney Bowes for the renewal of the lease agreement for the postage meter. Request the NYS Department of Transportation to conduct a traffic survey at North Bayview Road and Goose Creek Lane, Southold, for the purpose of lowering the speed limit. Approve revised amount for a performance bond for roads and improvements in the minor subdivision of North Bayview Associates in Southold. Authorize modification to the Fishers Island Ferry District Commissioners 1999 budget to balance overdrawn expenditure lines. Approve selection of Uni-Tech Drilling Company to sample sand and soils for use in the landfill capping project. Authorize the rental to East Hampton Town of the Solid Waste District's Re-Tech Trommel Screen. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute any and all documents related to the agreement with the Long Island Development Disabilities Service Office. Authorize Solid Waste Coordinator to attend the Federation of New York Solid Waste Associations Solid Waste and Recycling 2000 Conference at Lake George April 30-May 3, 2000. Authorize the donation of surplus used computers to C.A.S.T. Accept the resignation of Florence Smith as assistant cook for the SNAP Program. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute any and all documents necessary to submit the Project Listing Forms in order to make application to The Environmental Facilities Corporation for the Subsidized Loans for Land Acquisition and Farmland Preservation.
