POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic. RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. I. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with individuals for Spring 2000 recreation programs. 2. Authorize modification to the Juvenile Aide Bureau 2000 budget for supplies. 3. Authorize establishment of Kenny's Beach Comfort Station Capital Project in the 2000 budget. 4. Accept the bid of Construction Consultants/L.I., Inc. for the construction ofrestroom facilities at Kenny's Beach, Southold. 5. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with Construction Consultants/L.I., Inc. for the construction of restroom facilities at Kenny's Beach, Southold. 6. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with Patricia A. Moreno, Certified Court Reporter, for court reporting services for the Southold Town Justice Court. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to sign a License Agreement with Suffolk County for a Park Stewardship Program at Inlet Pond County Park. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for bids to purchase a lighting system for the Tasker Park Little League Field. 9. Authorize the acceptance of residential leaves and brush at the Southold Town Landfill, free of charge, for five weeks prior to and during the 2000 Fall and Spring Clean-Up Weeks. 10. ® Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget for computer network analysis. Approve fire alarm system for Town Hall. 4~Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a contract for the annual monitoring of the fire alarm system at Town Hall. 12. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1999 budget for planning consultant. 13. Grant permission to Lt. Carlisle Cochran, Jr. to attend the Millstone Emergency Management Briefing and Exercise on March 14-15, 2000 in New London. Appoint Richard Caggiano as a member of the Southold Town Planning Board. Grant permission for Lt. Carlisle Cochran, Jr. to attend the New York State Association of Chiefs of Police Executive Management Conference on April 18-19, 2000 in Schenectady. Appoint Robert Ghosio, Jr. to Conservation Advisory Council. Grant permission to Elizabeth Stathis to attend a NYS Archives & Records Administration Workshop at Western Suffolk BOCES on March 14, 2000. Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2000 budget for maintenance/supplies and heating fuel. Appoint Linda Scarpinello to the position of Personnel Assistant, effective March 27, 2000. Authorize $5,000 to the North Fork Environmentai Council for ongoing programming, subject to availability. Set 8:02 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2000, Southold Town Hail, as time and place for a public hearing on the acquisition of development rights df property of Caracciolo, SCTM # 1000-100-04-002. Determine that "A Local Law in Relation to Amending Chapter 100, Section 13, entitled 'Definitions' of the Code of the Town of Southold" (Bed & Breakfast) will have no significant adverse effect on the environment. Enact "A Local Law in Relation to Amending Chapter 100, Section 13, entitled 'Definitions' of the Code of the Town of Southold" (Bed & Breakfast). Determine that "A Local Law in Relation to Amending Chapter 100, Section 13, entitled 'Definitions' of the Code of the Town of Southold" (Yard, Front) will have no significant adverse effect on the environment. Enact "A Local Law in Relation to Amending Chapter 100, Section 13, entitled 'Definitions' of the Code of the Town of Southold" (Yard, Front). Determine that "A Local Law in Relation to Transportation Management of the Code of the Town of Southold' will have no significant adverse effect on the environment.
