RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 1. Grant permission to Southold Town Tree Committee to advertise their Memorial Tree Program in The Suffolk Times and Traveler Watchman. 2. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with the New York State Department of State for a grant for the Southold Erosion Mitigation Project. 3. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for bids for road surface treatments for the Superintendent of Highways. 4. Grant permission to Elizabeth Stathis to attend a NYS Archives and Records Administration Workshop at Western Suffolk BOCES May 15, 2000. Ratify and approve the agreement with the Civil Service Employees Association to establish a unit-wide sick bank, effective May 1, 2000. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget to appropriate unexpected revenue received. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for bids for labor, materials and equipment for the plowing, grading and seeding of football and baseball fields at Peconic Lane Park. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for bids to for labor, Materials and equipment to construct the walking & jogging track at Peconic Lane Park. Accept the bid of Cor~zzini Asphalt for construction of the Roller Hockey Rink at Peconic Lane Park. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to sign a contract with Corazzini Asphalt for the construction of the Roller Hockey Rink at Peconic Lane Park. Authorize amendment to Resolution No. 19 of the March 28, 2000, changing the effective date on the appointment of Clerk Typist Eileen Conrad to April 13, 2000. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for School Crossing Guards for the Cutchogue and Southold Schools. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute the contract with the Suffolk County Office for the Aging for IIIC Nutrition Program. Approve quitclaim deed for Browns Hill Cemetery to the Cemetery Association. Authorize the Southold Village Merchants to use the Municipal Parking Lot on the south side of Route 25, Southold, for their Annual Craf~ Fair on May 27, 2000. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to enter into a new contract with Fishers Island Sewer District and to execute the appropriate documents.
