RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. ,~ Request enactment of Senate Bill No. S2760 and Assembly Bill No. A4883, entitled "An Act to amend chapter 246 6f the laws of 1916 relating to the extermination of mosquitoes and the establishment of districts therefore, in relation to authorization for the amount of the annual appropriation by the Town of Southold for the Orient Mosquito District". ) Authorize modification the Solid Waste District 2000 to overdrawn lines. to budget cover Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for beach attendants, lifeguards, water safety instructors. 4. Establish pay schedule for the 2000 Recreation Department's summer staff.. Grant permission to the Griswold-Terry-Glover Post #803, American Legion, Southold, to use Town roads for a Memorial Day Parade on May 29, 2000· Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget to appropriate funds for the Computer System Network Capital Project. -~Set 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2000, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on the acquisition of development fights of Goerler, SCTM #1000-096-03- 004.1 & 005 and 096-02-111, approximately 56 acres. Accept, with regret, the resignation of Nicole Miller, part time student intern in the Building Department. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for two part time clerks or student interns for the Receiver of Taxes Office. Set 5:05 Tuesday, May 9, 2000, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a p.m., public hearing on a scenic conservation easement for the John Tuthill property. '-~ Approve Peconic Land Trust working agreement in the amount of $30,000. '~. Approve "A Property Owners Guide to Preserving Farmland" for distribution. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a Stipulation of Settlement with the CSEA regarding the promotion of Barbara Andrade to Senior Justice Court Clerk. Promote Barbara Andrade to Senior Justice Court Clerk. Authorize Town Clerk Neville to advertise for part-time intern for the Building Department. Support the listing of parcels for the Southold Town Greenways Acquisition Projects. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute the Peconic Landing "PILOTS".
