also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

V._: RESOLUTIONS
Special Note: At the start o£the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to
speak on the £ollowing resolutions.
1. Amend Resolution No. 27 of April 25, 2000 to include the effective date of the appointment
&Dennis R. Long~ May 22, 2000.
2. Increase the fee for transporting and disposing o£ scavenger waste at the Scavenger Waste
Pretreatment Facility from $.06 to $.07195.
3. Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2000 budgnt got machinery and truck
repairs.
Accept the resignation &Daniel Bisbee as a SNAP good service workers at the Human
Resource Center.
5. Authorize and direct the Southold Town Clerk to advertise for a SNAP food service
workers.
6. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to sign a License Agreement with the Love Lane
Acquisition Corp. as part of a drainage project on First Street in New Suffolk.
7. Exercise the option to extend the H&M Leasing Corp. contract for a five year period.
8. Authorize an expenditure not to exc, e~d $450 for expenses incurred by individuals from the
NYS DMV to travel to Fishers Island for renewal of drivers' licenses.
9. Direr that individuals or entities filing a tax grievance for the 2000-200l tax year are not
required to complete the "Applicant Transaotional Disclosure Form"; but must fully disclose
any conflicts of interest.
10. Approve funding for a performance bond for improvements in the proposed Major
Subdivision for Peconic Development Corp. (aIk/a Harvest Home, Section 2), SCTM
# 1000-70-3-22.
11. Appoint Benjamin Burdock as part-time d~khand for the Fish~rs Island Ferry District.
12. Accept the bid of Corazzini Asphalt, Inc. for furnishing and placing Bituminous Surface
Treatment Liquid Asphalt Grades RC-250 and MC-250 ("Oil & Sand") within the Town of
Southold.

Authorize John Cushman to sign official documents for submission to the Suffolk County
Department of Civil Service.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a 6-month lease with the A.M.E. Zion
Church for lease of premises for a pilot program for the nutrition program; and authorize
Supervisor Cochran to sign a health permit form for the Suffolk County Department of
Health.
Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for a secretary for the Board of Assessment Review.
Authorize the necessary work to be done for Fishers Island Sewer District in an amount not
to exceed $4,000.00.
