LIPA transmission line replacement RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 1. Appoint Jonathan A. Connell as a Seasonal Laborer on Fishers Island. 2. Authorize Supervisor to execute a one-year extension of its contract with Trinity Transportation Corporation. 3. Authorize modification to the General Fund Part Town 2000 budget for overtime earnings, Planning Department. 4. Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2000 budget for petty cash. 5. Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2000 budget for tub grinder maintenance/supplies. 6. Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2000 budget for diesel fuel. 7. Authorize modification to the solid Waste district 2000 budget for forklif~ maintenance/supplies. 8. Appoint seasonal stillwater lifeguard staff. 9. Appoint William T. Fenis IV as Seasonal Scale Operator. ,:: 13. Authorize the closure of Town roads on Saturday, September 23, 2000 for the Mattituck High School's 7th Annual Homecoming Day Parade. 14. Resolution authorizing the execution and filing of an application and execution and delivery of a Project Financing and Loan Agreement and other necessary for CWSRF assistance. 15. Appoint Michael S. Opalenski and Paul Batz as part time Laborer and Recreation Aide, respectively, at the Fishers Island Ferry District. 16. Authorize modification to the 2000 Community Preservation Fund to appropriate money for land acquisition. 17. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement, as part of the computer upgrade, with Bell Atlantic Data Solutions Group; and select Genuity as service provider. 18. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with Comell Cooperative Extension Marine Program for an Eelgrass Culture Facility at Cedar Beach, Southold. 19. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with the NYS Department of State for an Eelgrass Culture Facility for the Peconic Estuary. 20. Appoint Kendra Wadlington provisionally to the position of full-time Clerk Typist in the Justice Court. 21. Authorize Town Clerk Neville to advertise for a provisional Technical Coordinator II in the Data Processing Dopartment. 22. Authorize a 50% refund, in the amount orS158.50, to Robert S. Koeble for an unused building permit. 23. Appoint individuals as Members of the Landmark Preservation Commission: J. Lawrence Jungblut to expire April 5, 2001; John Greene, Kalph W'dliams and Margaret Murphy to expire April 5~ 2002. ' 24. Set August 9, 2000, 1:10 p.m., Fishers Island School, as time and place for a public hearing on bond resolution for Fishers Island Garbage & Refuse District. 25. RESOLUTIONS - Cont. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for bids for the removal, transport, and disposal of scavenger waste. Authorize Southold Town Board to increase the amount they are permitted to borrow on behalf of the Fishers Island Ferry District from $500,000 to $5,000,000. 28.
