POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic. Budget request for outside legal counsel for the Zoning Board of Appeals 2. Proposed Amendment - Chapter 97 Wetlands Law 3. Vacant parcels owned by Suffolk and offered to the Town of Southold for municipal purposes. 4. Human Health Studies Epidemiology, Electric & Magnetic Fields (EMF) Associated with the Use of Electric Power. 5. Local Waterfront Revitalization Project Agreement #C005871 and Local Waterfront Revitalization Project Agreement #C005961 and Agreement #C005961 with New York State, Contractual Agreement with Peconic Land Trust Modified Work and Budge~ Plans. 6. Budget modification Whole Town - Town Clerk. 7. Certified local government (CLG) historic preservation. 8. Update on former Thompson (Whitaker) House and Town Hall. 9. Accepts with regret the resignation of Christine Hoehn, Beach Manage effective August 4, 2000. 2. Authorize modification to the General Fund Part Town 2000 budget. 3. Authorize modification to the Highway Fund Part Town 2000 budget. 4. Authorize modification to the Highway Fund Whole Town 2000 budget. 5. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget. 6. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget. 7. Amend Town Board resolution no. 16 dated May 9, 2000 to correct the name of the bidder, fi.om Corazzini Asphalt, Inc. to Corazzini Brothers, Inc. 8. Authorize Town Clerk Elizabeth Neville to advertise for a collection clerk for the Tax Receivers' Office. 9. Town Board authorizes submission of a 2000 proposal to the NYS Dept. of Agriculture and Markets for cooperative effort to acquire development rights to agricultural properties. 10. Accept with regret the resignation of Frank Rehm 11. Authorizes and direct Town Clerk to advertise for the position of part-time custodial worker. 12. Authorizes and directs Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the sale of surplus property 13. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an Amendment of Agreement that will permit the Matfituck Chamber of Commerce to modify their Downtown Revitalization Program Grant proposal. Require dual signatures of Receiver of Taxes and Deputy Receiver of Taxes on checks over $1,000.00 Establish a procedure in compliance with the Davis Bacon Act. Require Police escort to bank to deposit all funds of Receiver of Taxes. 18. Authorize and directs Supervisor to execute Agreement #C05871 for the Local Waterfront Revitalization Project to Establish GIS Database for Growth Management. 19. Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute Agreement #C005961 for. the Local Waterfront Revitalization Project to Establish GIS Implementation. 20. Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute an agreement between the Town of Southold and Peconic Land Trust. 21. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 Budget. 22. Authorize Supervisor to execute necessary documents to authorize expenditure of approximately $1,000.00 for the testing of Marion Lake. 23. Authorize and direct Town Clerk to advertise for part-time Clerk for the Receiver of Taxes office. 24. Set time and date of public hearings on CR #48 properties for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2000. 25. Accept the resignation of Anthony Sponza, Auto Mechanic I, at the Disposal Area.. 26. Authorize and direct Town Clerk tO advertise for Auto Mechanic I. 27. Authorize Southold Town Board to increase the amount they are permitted to borrow on the behalf of the Fishers Island Ferry District from $500,000. to $5,000,000. VI.
