Determine that the Improvemem of Facilities of the Fishers Island Garbage and Refuse District of the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk, New York, pursuant to Section 202-b of the Town Law would not significantly adversely impact the environment. Authorize the Improvement of Facilities of the Fishers Island Garbage and Refuse District of the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk, New York, pursuant to Section 202-b of the Town Law. Appoint Lloyd H. Reisenberg as full time Technical Coordinator H in the Data Processing Department.
