Special Note: At the start &the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to
speak on the following resolutions.
Amend the Deferred Compensation Plan for Town Employees by adopting the mended and
restated Model Plan as presented.
Appoint Michael Flora as a part-time deckhand for the Fishers Island Ferry. District.

~>Set 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2000, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for
a public hearing to hear citizen views on local housing and community development needs,
to be met with the Community Development Block Grant Funds ($148,000).
Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2000 budget to cover various expenses.
Grant a three-month extension of the performance bond for the completion of roads and
drainage improvements in the subdivision known as Summit Estates, Section I.
Authorize and direct Island Group Administration, Inc. to pay the medical bill of an
employee, which bill was submitted by the provider more than 30 days after the services.
Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget to appropriate funds
for trees and tree maintenance.
Grant permission to the American Diabetes Assodation to use Town roads for their 10t~
Ann~ "Cure de Cure" cycling event on June 10, 2001.

public hearing on the question of the acquisition of development rights on certain parcels of

public hearing to amend the amount of the bond resolution for the payloader for the Solid
Waste Management District.
Grant permission to Oysterponds Union Free School District to use Town roads for their
annual Halloween Parade, October 31, 2000.
~ Grant permission to the Mattituck-Cutchogue Union Free School Di~Uict to use Town
roads for a Harvest Walk for Word Hunger Day on October 20, 2000.
I~) Authorize an increase in the Solid Waste District petty cash fund of $400, for a total of
$600, in order to provide a "hank" for the scale/gate-keeper.
