Hour" parking restriction from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., by removing the except Sundays
restriction, on the east side of Route 25 from the ferry slip northeriy for a distance of 170+

Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to
speak on the following resolutions.
1. Accept the Letter of Credit on behalf of Laurel Links, Ltd. for the cleaning, grading and
excavation of the golf course portion of the project.
2. Appoint Webster McNeil as a part-time Custodian I in the Human Resource Center.
3. Authorize modification to the Police 2000 budget to cover vacation earnings.
4. Authorize modification to the Police 2000 budget for gasoline and oil.
5. Authorize modification to the Police 2000 budget for sick time earnings.

6. Grant permission to specified elected officials to attend the Annual Meeting of the
Association of Towns in New York City, February 18-21, 2001.

8. Authorize $250 refund to S&Z Builders, representing an overpayment to the ZBA.
9. Grant permission to the Raymond Cleaves Post No. 861, American Legion in Mattituck, to
use Town roads for their Veterans Day Parade, November 11, 2000.
10. Dismiss Charles Witczak from employment as a Southold Town Police Officer.
11. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget for consultant fees in
the Assessors Office.
12. Grant the Gold Star Parents Exemption to the full extent allowable under state law.

Whole Town 2000 budget for Park & Recreation funds for improvements at Klipp Park.

Extend the due date for the receipt of bids for the construction of the landfill cap to
November 30, 2000 at 3:00 p.m.
Appoint Viola Cross, Merle P. Levine, Laverne Taylor, and Patricia Sydow as members of
the Anti-Bias Task Force for a two-year term.
Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for members of the Anti-Bias Task Force.
Reappoint Garrett Strang as a member of the Southold Town Architectural Review
Committee for a three-year tenn.
Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for members of the Southold Town
Architectural Committee.
Set 5:00 p.m., November 28, 2000, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public
heating on "A Local Law in Relation to Adding a Yield Sign at Park Way".
Set 5:02 p.m., November 28, 2000, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public
hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to Changing a Yield Sign to a Stop Sign at the
Intersection of North Sea Drive and Kenny's Road".
