RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 1. Adopt 2001 Community Development Block Grant Budget. 2. Establish the number of days worked to be reported to the NYS Employees' Retirement System for the Receiver of Taxes. 3. Designate the North Fork Bank as the depository for the Tax Receiver's Accounts for the year 2000-2001. 4. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget for Building & Grounds. 5. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a contract with Old National Bank- Jasper for the rental of a recording system in the Police Department. 6. Grant permission to PSDs James Fogarty, Bryan Weinga~ and Holly Weingart to attend EMD Emergency Medical Dispatcher Classes January 14-21, 2001 in West Babylon. 7. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2000 budget to appropriate grant money for Egl 1 communications equipment. 8. Authorize and direct Supervisor Jean W. Cochran to execute an agreement with H2M for engineering services for the reconstruction of the Brushes Creek Bridge. Approve the extension of the subdivision performance bond for the completion of roads and drainage improvements in the subdivision known as Summit Estates, Section I, East Marion, for a six-month period. Appoint Alfred R. Grebe, Jr. as part-time Labor Crew Leader for the Highway Department on Fishers Island. Authorize and direct Supervisor Jean W. Cochran to execute an agreement with Suffolk County STOP DWI Program for the 2001 STOP-DWI Funding for enfomement activities of the Southold Town Police Department. Authorize Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with the NYS Police for the NYSPIN workstation upgrade purchase for the Police Depaahnent. Authorize Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with the Suffolk County Water Authority for the purpose of constructing and acquiring water mains on County Route 48. Accept the bid of Care Environmental Corp. for Household Hazardous Waste Services for the calendar year 2001. Accept the bid of Gershow Recycling for the removal of scrap waste metal for the calendar year 2001. Accept the bid of Meridian, Inc. for the removal of waste scrap tires for the calendar year 2001. Authorize increase in the task spending level for additional services line with regard to the closure of the landfill. 47.
