Rescind Resolution No. 13, adopted on September 12, 2000, granting permission for Building Inspector Bruno Semon to attend NYS training at Montour Falls. Grant permission to Building Inspector Bruno Semon to attend mandatory NYS Building Inspector training at Stony Brook University, sessions held February through June 2001. Amend Resolution No. 21, adopted January 2, 2001, to appoint Dr. Richard Olcott, Superintendent of New Suffolk Common School, as Attendance Officer. Determine that the purchase of the development rights in the agricultural lands of Blum, SCTM #1000-75-5-1, would have no significant negative impact on the environment. Appoint Christine Stulsky to the position of full-time Senior Justice Corm Clerk in the Justice Office. Grant permission to Carol Betty, Supervisor Adult Day Care, to attend a five-day training program at the Consortium of New York Geriatric Education Center at New York University February 5-9, 2001. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget to appropriate donations for defribulators in the Police Department. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with Bridgehampton National Bank for the PC Link product. Grant permission to the Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District to advertise for bids for the drydocking of the M/V Racepoint. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a contract for services with the Family Service League of Suffolk, as part of the Town of Southold Youth Services Program for 2001. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with the Suffolk County Marine Environmental Learning Center for implementation of the 2001 Town of Southold Shellfish Program at Cedar Beach. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a contract for services with the County of Suffolk as part of the Town of Southold Youth Services Program for 2001.
