RESOLUTIONS 222. Grant permission to Sgt. Richard Perkins to attend the Property and Evidence Training Seminar in West Point April 23-24, 2001. 223. Grant permission to the Sacred Heart Church to hold an "Outdoor Stations of the Cross Procession" using town roads on April 13, 2001. 224. Declare certain equipment in the Data Processing Department as smplus. 225. Authorize an direct Supervisor Cochran to provide formal "Notice of Award" of the closure construction contract to Terry Contracting and Materials, Inc. 226. Accept the bid of East Coast Mines & Materials Corp. for the purchase of screened sand. 227. Authorize modification of the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget to appropriate grant money for E911 communication equipment. 228. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget to appropriate grant money for Mattituck and Cutchogue Chamber projects. 229. Authorize Town Clerk Neville to advertise for the position of a part-time food service ~XVworker for the Nutrition Center. 230. Set 5:00 p.m., March 27, 2001, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to Site Plan Fees, Chapter 100, Article XXV, Zoning ~-'~'~ Code, Site Plan Approval, of the Code of the Town of Southold". 249. Grant permission to Senior Bay Constable Dzenkowski to attend a New York State certification course in Amityville, March 19-23,2001. 250. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to re-advertise for a member of the Southold Town Board of Ethics. 254. Authorize the Increase and Improvements of Facilities of the Southold Solid Waste Management District, in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk, New York, pursuant to Section 202-b of the Town Law, consisting of capping and closing the landfill. 255. Authorize the Amendment to the Bond Resolution adopted November 25, 1997, which amendment would increase the appropriation to $7,800,000 for the increase and improvement of facilities of the Southold Solid Waste Management District. 256x Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to publish the aforementioned amended bond C>'- resolution summary in "The Suffolk Times". 257. Adopt Findings and Determination pursuant to Article 2 of the Eminent Domain Procedure Law regarding acquisition of certain temporary easements along the Southold Landfill, Route 48, Cutchogue, NY. Authorize Supervisor Cochran to execute Temporary Easement Agreements with regard to certain listed properties. Authorize the Increase and Improvements of Facilities of the Southold Solid Waste Management District, in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk, New York, pursuant to Section 202-b of the Town Law, including acquisition of McBride property, relocation of yard waste, composting and brash collection activities. Authorize the Bond Resolution which would appropriate $2,600,000 for the increase and improvement of facilities of the Southold Solid Waste Management District. 261.
