303. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with the Town of Shelter
Island for the purpose of providing police dispatch services.

Grant permission to the Tree Committee to place advertisements in the local newspapers
for the Annual Tree Memorial Honor Roll listings.
Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for 2001 summer positions for beach
manager, beach attendants, lifeguards, playground instructors, and water safety instructors.
Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for bids for road surface treatments
for the year 2001 for the Superintendent of Highways.
Set 7:38 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, 2001, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a
public hearing on a proposal to amend the FY 2000/FY 2001 Community Development
Block Grant Budget.

Inc., subject to due authorization of financing and approval by the Town Attorney.
