also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

379. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for a part-time clerk in the Office of
the Receiver. of Taxes.

380. Accept the proposal of Pirates Marine Cove Marine for repair and replacement of channel
markers and instructional floats in West Harbor and Hay Harbor, Fishers Island.
381. Grant permission to Lt. Martin Flatley to attend the 2001 NYS Police Colonel Henry F.
William Homicide Seminar September 22-27, 2001 in Albany.
382. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute NYS Agriculture and Markets Contract
C800021 re the Agricultural and Farmland Protection Implementation Grant in the amount
of $600,000.
383. Approve the revised bond estimate for Phase I of Summit Estates Major Subdivision,
SCTM #1000-35-8-5.3.
384. Reinstate Christopher Westgate as a part-time Student Intern I in the Southold Town
Assessors Office.
385. Grant permission to Total Training, Inc. for the use of town roads for the "Mighty North
Fork Triathlon" Sunday, July 16 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
386. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget for clerk-typist
"floater" replacement for leave of absence.
387. Accept the resignation of Michael Wall III as part-time gatekeeper at the Southold Town
Disposal Area.
388. Appoint John Troyan as a part-time Guard (gatekeeper) at the Town's Solid Waste District.

390. Direct that each and every individual or entity filing a tax grievance contesting their real
property assessments for any tax year are not required to affirmatively complete the

facilities and grounds.

406. Determine that the proposed rebuilding and expansion of the Fishers Island Ferry District
Terminal will have no significant adverse impact on the environment.

407. Appoint 2001 summer staff for Stillwater Lifeguards, Beach Attendants, Recreational
Specialists, Beach Managers, Recreation Aides, Beach Manager.
408. Create the position of Building Permits Examiner and establish salary scale.
409. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget to appropriate funds
for the Recreation Department's In-School Program.
410. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement between the Southold
Town Recreation Department and Southold High School for a 2001 summer recreation
program.
411. Authorize a $150 refund to Richard Goodale for filing fee to Board of Appeals Lot Waiver
Application which could not be processed.
412. Adopt the Internet Policy as submitted by the Computer Committee, and direct that it be
placed in the Employee Handbook.
413. Appoint Dawn Huey as Summer Intern in the Office of the Town Attorney, she to serve
without compensation.
414. Amend Resolution #334 to establish a line in the Trust and Agency fund for the purpose of
recording donated monies to benefit the Southold Town Animal Shelter.
415. Enact "A Local Law in Relation to Installing a Stop Sign at Pequash Avenue, Cutchogue,
New York".
416. Approve the issuance of Town obligations pursuant to the Local Finance Law and the levy
and collection upon the lots and parcels of land within the Mattituck Park District for the
construction of certain buildings at Veterans Memorial Park.
417. Approve the use o£town roads for Memorial Day Parade in Orient.
