Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Councilman Valentine; WHEREAS, Allen A. & Hazel E. Mickle, by petition verified ~he 14th day of August, 1965, petitioned the Town Beard for a change of zone of certain real property situated in-.Orient, New.York, described in said petition from "A" Residential and Agriculural District to "B" Business District, and Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: WHEREAS, Irving L. Price, representing Rarus, Inc, by petition ver- ified the 15th day of July, 1965, petitioned the Town Board for a change of zone of certain real property situated in ArWnamomoque, New Yo~k, described in said petition from "A" Residential and Agric- ultural District to "B-2" Business District, and WHEREAS, the said petition was referred to the Planning Board for its official recommendation amd report, and WHEREAS, the Town Board, pursuant to due notice thereof, held a hearing thereon on the 28th day of september, 1965, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, N~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Building Zone Ordinance including the Building Zone Maps be amended from "A" Residential and Agriculural District to "B-2" Business District on 'the following described property: ALL that certain tract or parcel of land at Arsham~moq~e, Town of Southold, county of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follews: BEGINNING at a monument in the southerly line of Middle (North) Road 365.09 feet easterly from it's intersection with the easterly line of Chapel Lane; thence N. 36© 33' 20" E. 390.0 feet; thence S. 53© 26' 40" E. 400.0 feet; thence S. 36° 33~ 20" W. 390.0 feet; thence N, 53© 26' 40" W. 400.0 feet totthe point o= place of beginning, con- taining 3.581 acres.
