POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute a software support agreement with ACS. 478. Approve the extension of the leave of absence for Jessica Boger until October 9, 2002. 479. Authorize and direct Supervisor Coehran to execute a maintenance agreement with Perle for controller installed at Feather Hill. 480. Authorize and direct Island Group Administrator's Inc. to pay the medical bill ora Town employee, which bill was submitted late by the provider. 481. Authorize the closure of Sound Avenue from Love Lane to Church of the Redeemer on August 4, 2001 during the Mattituck Presbyterian Church Annual Summer Fair. 482. Authorize an unpaid leave of absence to Joanne Johnson from July 9 - August 6, 2001. Authorize modification to the 2001 General Fund Whole Town, General Fund Part Town, Highway Fund Whole Town, Highway Fund Part Town, Solid Waste District, and Wastewater District budgets to cover Workers Compensation. Appoint Ashley Sekora as a part-time student intern to serve, without compensation, in the Southold Town Justice Court. Authorize modification to the 2001 Community Preservation Fund to appropriate funds. Approve a leave of absence for Dania Atkinson, Public Safety Dispatcher I. Appoint Robert J. Hamey to the contingent permanent full-time position of Public Safety Dispatcher I. Adopt resolution in regard to the Suffolk County National Bank in order to add Designated Councilman (John Romanelli) as a signatory on the Town's bank account. Martin Flatley to attend the FBI NAA 2001 Annual Training Confere,~e July 15-19, 2001 in Syracuse. Rescind Resolution No. 456, June 19, 2001, as appointee has declined the position. Provisionally promote Patricia Conklin to the full-time position of Building Permits Examiner in the Building Department. Ratify and authorize the submission of a stipulation of discontinuance in the matter of CSEA and Gary Fish vs. Town of Southold. RESOLUTIONS - Cont. 498. Determine that approval of the Scenic Southold Corridor Management Plan: Farmlands and Seascapes, Hamlets and Heritage would not significantly adversely impact the environment. 499. Approve submission of the Scenic Southold Corridor Management Plan: Farmlands and Seascapes, Hamlets and Heritage; and grant permission for Transportation Commission Chairman Neboysha Brashich, Principal Planner Valerie Scopaz, and Supervisor Jean Cochran to travel to Albany to present this plan to the NYS Scenic Advisory Committee for approval on September 10, 2001. 500. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2001 budget to appropriate grant monies for salaries for State Adult Day Services. 501. Accept, with regret, the resignation of John Woodhouse from his position as Maintenance Mechanic I at the Human Resource Center.  uthorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for the position of Maintenance Mechanic I at the Human Resource Center. 503. Accept, with regret, the resignation of Mary Beth Gramazio from her position as part-time clerk in the Tax Receiver's Office. 504. Authorize and direct a Community Preservation refund in the amount of $1,200 to Laurel Lake Vineyards. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for members of the Conservation Advisory Council. Authorize and direct Town Clerk Neville to advertise for members of the Land Preservation Committee. 507. Authorize Supervisor Cochran to execute an agreement with the firm of Nelson, Pope and Voorhis to conduct an environmental review of the LWRP. 508. Approve that, effective June 19, 2001, the Town Attorney is entitled to accrue up to five hours of compensatory time per week, upon submission of a benefit time sheet signed by Supervisor Cochran. 509.
