The land on which the building containing the unit is located (and on which the other units forming a part of the property are

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and

THENCE North 12 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds West, along the last mentioned land, 320.00 feet to land now or formerly
of Daniel Charnews;
THENCE along the last mentioned land the following two (2) courses and distances:
1) North 70 degrees 05 minntes 00 seconds East 487.72 feet;
2) North 76 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East 567.10 feet to the westerly side of Railroad Avenue at the point or place of
BEGINNING;
TOGETHER with an undividied 1/45% interest in the Common Elements.
SUBJECT TO the Grantor reserving for her life, the possession, use and enjoyment of the premises. Said
possession, use and enjoyment shall be personal to the Grantor, and shall not be subject to assignment or
lease. The Grantor will pay all taxes and maintenance fees of the premises during the Grantor's lifetime.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated March
10, 1999 as filed and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on May 19, 1999 at Liber 11963,

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises. To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever.
