Conveyance and Transportation of Refuse. Violation of dinance. (la). Any person-viol,.ating any of the pr~isions of this Ordinance shall~ be deemed tO have commit- ted an of£ense against such Or- dinance, and also shall be liable for any suoh violation and the penalty therefor. Each day such violation skall continue or be per- ~nitt~d to exist will constitute a s~pa~at e violation. (,b). For every yiolati~n of any provision of this Ordinance, the person v~olating the same shall ,be su~bjecf~ to a'fine or no~ mo~e than One I-~undred Dollars ($100.- 00) or i~prisonment not exceed- ing tl~irty (30) days, .or ,by both such fine and imprisomnent. Moved by Justice clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill; WHEREAS, Reydon Shores Property Owners Association applied to the Town Board for some financial assistance in dredging the Harbor and Lagoon at Reydon Shores, N~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Lester M. Mallet, Jr. has requested permission to run a water pipe on TOWn property, and WHEREAS, the HighwaysSuperintendent has examined the situation and recommends the issuance of a permit therefore, N~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~%at the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supt. to issue a permit for the placing of a water pipe within the bounds of the TOWn Highway.
