A BOnd Anticipatio~Note of this TOWn, in the principal amount of $43,.000,. is hereby authorized~to_.be issue~ pursuant to the provisions of the Local Finance Law, constituting Chapter 33-a of the Consolidated Laws of the State of New York~.:for the.specific object or-purpose as more fully described by the resolgtion entitled: "BondR~solution of the Town of Southold, New York, adopted. December a, 1964, authorizing the asquis- .. ition 0f certain land at New Suffolk,,~in said Town, as the site Of a Town Beach and Recreation Area, stating ~e .estimated maxim~am cost thereof is $44,.~00, appropriating .said amount therefor and ..authorizing ~i~issuance of $44,000 serial bonds of said Town to finance Said appropriation." duly ~adopted by the Town Board on thedate therein r~ferred to. Said Note is to be issued in anticipation of the sale of serial bonds of the Tewn heretofore authorized to be issued by said resolution. No bondl.anticipation notes are outstanding in anticipation of the sale of said bonds and the Note hereby authorized is not a renewal note.
