RESOLVED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF. THE T~NOF SOUTHOLD I~TH.E COUNT~ OF
SUFFOLK, NEW YORK, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A BOnd Anticipatio~Note of this TOWn, in the
principal amount of $43,.000,. is hereby authorized~to_.be issue~ pursuant
to the provisions of the Local Finance Law, constituting Chapter 33-a
of the Consolidated Laws of the State of New York~.:for the.specific
object or-purpose as more fully described by the resolgtion entitled:
"BondR~solution of the Town of Southold, New York,
adopted. December a, 1964, authorizing the asquis- ..
ition 0f certain land at New Suffolk,,~in said
Town, as the site Of a Town Beach and Recreation
Area, stating ~e .estimated maxim~am cost thereof
is $44,.~00, appropriating .said amount therefor and
..authorizing ~i~issuance of $44,000 serial bonds of said
Town to finance Said appropriation."
duly ~adopted by the Town Board on thedate therein r~ferred to. Said
Note is to be issued in anticipation of the sale of serial bonds of
the Tewn heretofore authorized to be issued by said resolution. No
bondl.anticipation notes are outstanding in anticipation of the sale
of said bonds and the Note hereby authorized is not a renewal note.
The period of maturity of the Note~ereby authorized shall not exceed
one year fro~date, and said Note may be renewed pursuant to the
provisions of the Local ~in&nce ~L~w..Said Not~ is not to be issued
in anticipation of bon~s for an assessable improvement.
Section 2. The terms, form and. detail~ of said Note shall
be as follows:

TRUST C(~[PANY, Nattituck, New York, at the price of par, to bear interest
at the rate of two and five hundredths per centum (2.05%) per annum,
payable at.maturity,, and the Supervisor is~authorized to deliver said
Note 'to said pmrchaser upon receipt of'the p~incipal amount, plus accrued
inter~st, ~if any, from the date of said Note tO the date of delivery.
SeCtion 4. Said Note shall contain the.'recital of
validity prescribed by 952.00 of said Local ~inance Law, and ,shall~
be a general obligation.of the Town, payables-as to both principal
an~ interest by a general tax upon all the taxable rea~l pro~e~ rty.

bathing beaches,_ bat~ouses or boathouses.

SECTION 350 - In the "M" Multiple ReSidence District, no
building or premises shall be used,, and no building shall be hereafter

for one (1) or more of the following uses:
1. Ail .permitted uses in "A" Residential and Agriculural
and "M?i" -Multiple Residence~ Districts. 2. Hotels and motels.
3. T~urist cottages.._(More than one (1) Tourist Cottage
may be.per, mitred on a lot when au ~thor~ized as a special exception by
the Board of ,Appeals as hereinafter Provided.)

1. Ail permitted uses in "A" Residential and
