The meeting was called t-o order at 3:00 P.M. with the following present: -Supervisor Albertson; Councilman Demarest and Valentine;' Justices. Tuthill and Clark; Town Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmund. Moved by ~ustice Clark; seconded 'by Justice Tuthitl: RESOLVED:i~at the minutes of-the regular meeting of the January ~9, 1965,'~nd the Special meeting$of January. 26,~ 1965 and January 28,-1965, be and they hereby are dul~ approved. Terry, Building Inspector, for the month of January, 1965, be accepted by the Town Board and placed on file. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: WHEREAS, Rene Gendron has made written application to the Town Board dated November25, 1964 to dedicateacertain highway~ at Southold, New York, Town of Southold, to be known as "Grange Road'', being more par- ticularly described in said petition together with releases executed by the owner thereof and WHEREAS, the Highway Superintendent has inspected said highway and has advised the Town Board that said proposed highway complies in all respects to the specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, N~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law .of the State of New York, consent be and the s.ame is h~re~y giv~en~ t-0 the Su?erin~tenden~t of Highwa~ to make ~ order laying ~ut ~h~ aforesaid HighWays to c~nsist o~' ~_ands described in said ~pplication and~ shown on c~tain maps attached ............ to said applica%~ion, and be it further RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is authorized 'and" directed to forthwith cause the .dedication and release to he recorded in the office of thee Clerk 0f'.the County of Suffolk, New` York~ V~te of T. own Board: AYes-supervisor Alhertson; CouncilmenjDemarest and ~alentine; Justices T~thill and Clark. MVOH Street lights on po~es $307 and No Numbe~ Lane, formerly known .a~s B°Wer~y Lane, in the Southold 'Light Dis~ic't, Southold, New York. Moved by Justic'e Tuthil!; Seconded by Councilman' DemareSt; RESOLVED: That- the Town' Clerk be and he hereby i~' directed to request the Long Island Lighting company to place 'two (2)'~180 cpoh street lights on NTTCO poles ~35 and 3J on cox's Lane, Cutchogue, N~w'Tork, in the Cutchogue'Light District.
