WHEREAS, a petition was received from Woodhollow Property Inc.~request-
ing~a ~change of zone of.certain property at Orient Point, Town of S
Southoldv, County of S~ffolk, State of New York, described.in said
petition 'from '~A" Residential and Agricultural District to '~B~'
Business District, ~
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE.IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk b~ the ~Town of
Southotd be and he hereby is-directed to t~.ansmit this application
to the Planning Board in accordance with. Section 901, Subdivision C
of Article IX of the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold.

SPECIAL ~EETING OF JAI~UARY 26, 1965
Supervisor Lester M. Albertson called a Special Meeting of the Town
Board to meet at his office, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York,
at 4:00 P.M. on JanuaryS, 1965.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
WHEREAS, Theodore O. Beebe, Cutch~ue, N.Y. has served the Town of
Southold as Patrolman for a period of one and one=half years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salary of Theodore O. Beebe
be and hereby is increased from $6300 to $6500 per year, effective
as of January 23, 1965.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilman Valentine;
Councilman Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
SPECIAL MEETING OF JANUARY 28, 1965
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD MEETING
We, the~undersigned, being members of the Town Board of the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New Yor~, do hereby severally waive notice
of the time, place and purpose of the meeting of the Town Board to
be held at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, New York, on Thursday
January 28, 1965, and do hereby consent that the same be held on
said date for the transaction of any business which may properly
come before said meeting.

A special meeting of the Southold Town Board was held at the Super-
visor's Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, the members
of the Board having waived notice of the time, place and purpose
of the meeting. The meeting ~as called to order by the Supervisor at
7:45 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Albertson;
Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices T!zthill and Clark; Town
Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded bylCOuncilmanValentine;
WHEREAS, the Bond No. 98-00-23, was issued by the Glens Falls
Insurance Company in the name of Frank S.~ Zaleski, in the sum of
$30,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the said principal has made applicati°n to the Southold
Town Planning Board of ~the Town of Southold,~ Suffolk Coun~y~ New
York, for approval of a plat known as Deep Hole Creek Estates~.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~e~o~l~of the obligation is such that of
the said Principal shall, during the period beginniDg on the 2~st
day of January 1965 and'..ending the~21st day of January 1968, well
and truly keep and in everyrespect comply with and conform tQ
the provisions of Section 277.~and Section 278 of the TownlLaW of.
the State of New York and the Subdivision regulations of the SOuth-
old Town Planning Board, Town of Southold, Suffolk county, New~
York, and shall well and truly install all required improvements
as set 'forth in resolution and in confDrmity with Southold Town
Highway Specifications adopted at a meeting o~ the said Southold
Town Planning Board held the 24th day of November, 1964, then
the obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and
effect.
RESOLVED: That the same is hereby approved as to its form, manner
of execution and sufficiency of sureties therein.
