The Southold Town Board mat at the office of Supervisor Lester M.
.~Albertson at Greenport, New York, on Tuesday,-January 5, 1965. The
meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M, with the following present:
Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen .Demarest and Valentine; Justices
Tuthil~and Clark; Supt. of Highways Price; Town .Attorney Tasker and
Town Clerk Richmond.

enforcement officer for' Multiple Residence Law for a term oF one year
commencing January 1, 1965 and expiring December 31, 1965;' and be it

RESOLVED: That the salary be and hereby is flied at the sum of $2200.00

pursuant to Section 6 of Article III of'~the Constitution and by_laws

WHEREAS, the Town of Southold entered into an:op~.ion agreemen~-j~ith
Elizabeth Olsen, dated October 1, 1964 whereby,~he Town of So~thotd.was
given the option to purchase premises at New. Suffolk, more .fully described
in said-~agreement, which~option will expire on January t5, 1965,.. and_
WHEREAS, the Town of Southold desires to exercise said~ option and. to
purchase the premises described~ .therein under the terms and ..conditons
described therein, -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That ~he Town of Southold hereby exercises
said option, and it is further
RESOLVED: That ~the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and direct-
ed to send the written notice of the Town's elect~ion to exercise said
option~ inl the manner prescribed in said option agreement, and to execute,
acknowledge and deliver all other documents and instruments necessar~
for the acquisition of said real property.
