2. Supervisor Russell to appoint Lydia Tortora as Confidential Secretary effective January 3,
2006
3. Supervisor is Appointed Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to serve without compensation
4. Supervisor Russell to appoint Chief Cochran as Deputy Emergency Preparedness
Coordinator, to serve without compensation
5. Supervisor Russell to appoint Lt. William Sawicki as Assistant Deputy Emergency
Preparedness Coordinator to serve without compensation
6. Supervisor Russell to appoint Network and Systems Administrator Lloyd Reisenberg as
Assistant Deputy Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to serve with annual compensation of
$2500.00
7. Supervisor Russell to appoint Chief Building Inspector Michael Verity as Assistant Deputy
Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to serve with annual compensation of $2500.00
8. Supervisor Russell to appoint Director of Code Enforcement Edward Forrester as Assistant
Deputy Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and liaison to the Suffolk County Emergency
Operations Center to serve with annual compensation of $2500.00

Fisher’s Island to serve with annual compensation of $3000.00
