ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as part of Lot 3 on Map of Paradise by the Bay, flied in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 11/4/1976 as Map Number 6463 and a 10
foot strip which lies between Lot 3 and 4 above mentioned, said Lot part of Lot
and 10' foot strip, when taken together are more particularly bounded and
