He was told that one of the cars has no engine, and has some parts missing. We decided to refuse the cars. We have already incurred a rather hefty expense of the aborted delivery attempt. We should not be further penalized by losing our deposit. Kindly bring this matter to a conclusion by returning our bid deposit in the amount of $100.00 at your earliest convenience.
