removal of Scrap TIr~ from the Soutbold Town Collecfinu/Disposal Area, Route 48,
Cutchogne, New York. Please note that the Town seeks bids for each of two options.
OPTION #l ia · bid for removing/accepting scrap tires for CALENDAR YEAR
ONLY; OPTION #2 is a bid for removing/accepting scrap tires for CALENDAR
YEARS 2003 through 2004, inclusive. Bidder will supply a 100 cubic yard capacity
trailes, to be filled by employees of the Town of Southold. When the filled trailer is
removed, a replacement trailer will hc installed in its place. Bidder agrees to send a
trailer within one (1) week of being notified by thc Town. At its sole discretion, the Town
may extend this deadline should it be deemed in the Town's interest to do so. Failure to
sen~ a t~ailer within a week, however, may result in cancellation of thls contract by thc
