A Public Hearing of the Southold Town Board of Appeals
scheduled to be heard at 7:30 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday,
March 21, 1974: Upon application of Stanley Fliss & Wf,
Bray Avenue & Albo Drive, Laurel, New York, for a
variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance,
Article III, Section 100-30 and 100-31 and Bulk Schedule
for permission to divide lot with insufficient width and
area;
and
A Public Hearing scheduled to be heard at 7:45 P.M.
(E.D.S.T.), Thursday, March 21, 1974: Upon applica-
tion of George Ahlers, 250 Cox Lane, Cutchogue, New
York, for a variance in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance, Article III, Section 100-30 and 100-31 and
Bulk Schedule for permission to set off lot with in-
sufficient width and area
were
POSTPONED to 7:30 P.M. (E.D.S.T.) and 7:45 P.M. (E.D.S.T.),
Thursday, March 28, 1974, due to lack of a quorum.
Notice was posted on the Bulletin Board, applicants and
known interested parties were notified, and Chairman
Robert W. Gillispie, Jr. and Marjorie McDermott (Secretary)
were present at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New
York from 7:25 P.M. to 8:10 P.M.
At 7:30 P.M. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Cusumano, and Builder,
came in for an informal discussion with the Chairman
concerning moving existing garage and attaching it to
existing house on their property in Cutchogue. It was
suggested that they apply for a variance.
