Dear Mr. Penny: The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning Board, Monday, June 10, 1985. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the site plan for George L. Penny, Inc. located at Mattituck for the construction of a storage building, a garage addition, and the relocation of an existing garage. Plan dated as amended~J~ne 6, 1985 and certified by the Building Department. Enclosed is a copy of the site plan which indicates the relocation of the existing garage in red ink, these cannot be signed by the Chairman. Therefore, will you please forward three.surveys including the garage relocation. After they are signed, one will be returned to you.
