The purpose of the inspection was to determine if the house was constructed in accordance with design plans by Howard Patterson Architects dated 12/8/83. The site inspection was limited to structural elements that were visible in the house at the time of inspections. Based on our visual inspection we have determined that house has been built in general conformance with the design plans by Howard Patterson Architects dated 12/8/83. The floor layout is as shown on the design plans with the exception of the porch not being constructed off of the front entryway. There are four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room on the first floor. The second floor consists of a, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
