Dear Sirs:
By this letter I am requesting that the Board perform a pre-submission
inspection ora piece of property located at the north end of Deep Hole
Creek. This property backs up on New Suffolk Avenue opposite of the
intersection of New Suffolk Avenue and Meadow Lane in Mattituck, and
opposite of my house which is located at 5535 New Suffolk Avenue.
I am requesting that the Board conduct this inspection in order to
assess the feasibility of placing a dock on the property. In addition to a dock
it is most likely that a set of stairs would have to be constructed in order to
access the dock, also I would also like to explore the possibility of placing a
small boathouse or shed on the property for storage purposes.
