The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated September 19, 2002 amended
for a proposed second story addition - to be out of the Wetland Jurisdiction under Chapter 97
of the Town Wetland Code and Chapter 37 of the Town Code, Coastal Erosion.
However any activity within 100' of the Wetland line and/or seaward of the Coastal Erosion
Hazard Line, would require action from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
