Dear Mr. Sidorowicz:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated August 8, 1989 and last revised
January 26, 200 and determined the construction of a two-car garage to be out of the Wetland
jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of a Wetland line would require further review from this
office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
August 8, 1989, last amended January 26, 2000 and received in
our office on May 24, 2000 and determined that the construction
of a two-car garage, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction,
under Chapter 97 of the Town ~t~and Code.
However, any activity within75' ~ the Wetland line would
require permits from this off~.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
