The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated March 27, 1990 and
determined the proposed bathroom location indicated on the survey to be out of the
Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of a Wetland line would require permits from this
office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
