Dear Ms. Standish,
I am requesting the Board of Trustees to determine the location of wetlands near a property I am
looking to purchase at 15400 Route 25 (Main Rd.) in Matfituck, If purchased, I wood like to
know if I can expand the building and in which direction I can expand without disturbing the
wetlands. The current owner of the property, Mr. Carmine Arpaia (298-1600), has given
permission allowing the Trustees to enter and evaluate the property. Enclosed please find a
check for $40.00, survey and a photo of the present building.
