RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees Approve an Amendment to Permit #5104 to change the retaining wall length increased from 55' to 58' to stabilize fiber rolls instead of timbers and the overall length of the fiber rolls is reduced from 45' to 40' length of the walkway is increased from 4'x18' to 4'x27', 4'x16' ramp is eliminated and 6'x20' float eliminated fixed L section 10' in overall length with steps at the seaward end is attached to the walkway and two 2 pile dolphins are eliminated with the stipulation of a non-turf buffer. Ne~v York 11971 SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, September 23, 2002, the following recommendation was made: Moved by Melvyn Morris, seconded by Drew Dillingham, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH A CONDITION of the Amendment Request of JOSEPH ZITO to Amet~l~t[tll~l~'t~ increase the length of the retaining wall to 58',.e~H~z~t~ te~of the bank using fiber rolls instead of timbers and the overall ength of the fiber rolls is reduced from 45' to 40', the length of the walkway is increased from 4'X 18' to 4'X 27', the 4'X 16' ramp is eliminated, the 6'X 20' float is eliminated, the gwo 2-pile dolphins are eliminated and a fixed "L" section 10' in overall length with steps at the seaward end is attached to the walkway.
