RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit#5638 from Robert Lobick to Clifford & Karen Cid, as
issued on October 18, 2002.
Please be advised that on September 13, 2018 the President of the Trustees approved
the planting plan submitted on this date.
Please be advised that any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a
permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

We would like to submit a planting plan from Trimble's Nursery for our property
located at 675 Meadow Lane,Mattituck, NY 11952. In the 30 foot non-disturbance
area,native plants will be planted and any existing nonnatives will be removed
including 15 privet All trees on plan are existing trees.

lowing:
1. That the said hoard of Trustees and the Town of Southold ate released from nay and
all damages, or daims for damages, of suits arising directly or indite tly as a result of any *per-

Dear Mr. Lobick:
The Board of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on
Wednesday, October 16, 2002 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, ROBERT LOBICK applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the
provisions of Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated July 29, 2002, and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council
for their findings and recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on
October 16, 2002, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in
question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold
Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health,
safety and general welfare of the people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,

RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of ROBERT LOBICK to
extend an existing wood deck 12'X 16' to 12'X 22' wide then build a 12'X 22' glass and screen
sunroom on 12'X 22' deck. Re-vegetate 30' from the landward edge of the wetlands along the
southern portion on the property and lawn area between dwelling and wetlands to be covered
with woodchips and as depicted on plan dated October 8, 2002 prepared by Suffolk
Environmental Consulting, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination
made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the
same or similar project.
Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date the permit is signed.
Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this
notification.
Inspections are required at a fee of$5.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule.)

This Firm represents Robert Lobick, who made application to your Board to
construct a proposed sunroom and deck off the southern face of his existing dwelling. It
came to Mr. Lobick's attention during the course of this application proceeding, that a 30
(thirty) foot buffer had been required in connection the initial construction of the dwelling.
Mr. Lobick retained this Firm in connection with the construction of a planting plan to
satisfy the buffer requirement.
Attached herewith, is the proposed planting plan for Robert Lobick, prepared by
this Firm on this date. The plan features the planting of native wetland and adjacent area
species, adjacent to surface waters on Mr. Lobick's property. Kindly review said plan in

Dear Trustees,
On February 28,2000 I purchased a parcel of land(District 1000 ; Sec. 115 ; Block 5 ;
Lot 8) from Gerard Hines.The property is adjacent to my husband's and my home at
675 Meadow Lane,Mattituck.
I'm writing to request a field inspection for clearing the property. The property has
typical vacant lot debris on it—dead trees, branches, bushes,tree stumps,thorny bramble,
piles of leaves, and some garbage.
I would like to clear-out the decayed vegetation and replace it with young trees and bushes.
Perhaps you can suggest some varieties that grow in the area.My main objective is to keep
people from dumping unwanted material on the property.
Also,Mr. Hines mentioned that there is a dock(walkway)on the property.It is barely
visible with all the overgrown vegetation. Hopefully,some access can be established to this
dock.
Please feel free to contact me so that I can be home when you inspect the property.Late
afternoon is a preferable time for me.
