I'm writing to request a field inspection for clearing the property. The property has typical vacant lot debris on it—dead trees, branches, bushes,tree stumps,thorny bramble, piles of leaves, and some garbage. I would like to clear-out the decayed vegetation and replace it with young trees and bushes. Perhaps you can suggest some varieties that grow in the area.My main objective is to keep people from dumping unwanted material on the property. Also,Mr. Hines mentioned that there is a dock(walkway)on the property.It is barely visible with all the overgrown vegetation. Hopefully,some access can be established to this dock.
