The new foundations for both the crawl space of the house addition and the garage were changed from the original construction documents. 2. Both foundations have a continuous trench pour with the bottoms of the new footing at 36" below finished grade per code. 3. At the slab height of both areas the rest of the foundation wall is constructed of 8" CMU block. This had been revised from the original documents and is fully acceptable. 4. the anchor bolts with the exception of one area in the garage are all 4on center or less, we had requested the client to drill 2 additional anchor bolts in sides of the garage foundation wall.
