The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, June 18, 2003:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants the last One-Year Extension to
Wetland Permit #5178. Permit is to construct a two-story, one-family dwelling with attached
garage, deck, pervious driveway and sanitary system, to install a drywell, connect to public
utilities and water well located in the fight-of-way, and for a 4' wide cleared path down to the
water, all with the condition that there is no disturbance on the north side of the dirt mad.
This is not an approval from any other agency.

The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on June 21, 2000 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of RICHARD ANDERSON
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the
provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated April 24, 2000 and,
WHEREAS, said application was

recommendations, and,
referred to the Southold Town
for their findings and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on June 21, 2000 at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE ITt
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of
RICHARD ANDERSON to construct a two-story, one-family dwelling
and attached garage; deck; pervious driveway and sanitary
system, and to install drywell; connect to public utilities; and
connect to drinking water well located in right-of-way to

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be
considered a determination made for any other Department or
Agency which may also have an application pending for the same
or similar project.
Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years
from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable,
and permit issued within six months of the date of this
notification.
Two Inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.
