Southampton, NY 11968 Re: RICHARD ANDERSON SCTM#111-14-28 Dear Mr. Herrmann: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on June 21, 2000 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of RICHARD ANDERSON applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April 24, 2000 and, WHEREAS, said application was Conservation Advisory Council recommendations, and, referred to the Southold Town for their findings and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June 21, 2000 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE ITt RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of RICHARD ANDERSON to construct a two-story, one-family dwelling and attached garage; deck; pervious driveway and sanitary system, and to install drywell; connect to public utilities; and connect to drinking water well located in right-of-way to Wunneweta Rd. and for a 4' wide cleared path down to the water with the condition that there is no disturbance on the north side of the dirt road.
