A public hearing was held before your Board on April 24, 2000. At the conclusion of the public hearing, your Bo~d requested the relocation of the proposed septic system beyond the 75 foot jurisdictional limit from wetlands and a grading plan which featured the creation of a swale to capture and recharge runoff to the east of the proposed dwelling. I had represented that the grading plan would also feature a flattened area around the proposed swimming pool and all agreed to the appropriateness of such a plan. Enclosed herewith please find two revised surveys prepared by Joseph A. Ingegno last dated September 7, 2000 ("Revised Survey"). The Revised Survey features all amendments requested by your Board as described above.
