Suffolk County Tax Map # 1000-140-1-23.1 Dear Mr. Fisher, Bluepoints Co. is requesting a design modification regarding our project at Southold, N. Y. under the permit issued 1/27/94; permit # 4267. The revised plan will eliminate the 2,000 gallon per minute pump enclosed in a 5' x 5' structure. We propose to use two 1,000 gallon per minute submersible pumps to be placed at the end of the 100' x 4' open pile pier. Two davits will be installed at the end of the pier for pump servicing. These pumps will be removed at the end of each growing season. This modification will significantly reduce noise and increase pumping efficiency. Please advise, if this permit modification meets Southold's conformance requirements. Please take further notice that this declaration should not be considered a determination made for any other department or agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project.
