Section 1. Bond Anticipation Notes of the Town of S~uthold, in the

by authorized ~to be issUed at one time or from time ko time, as funds

The TOWn Board Of the Town of Southold, Suffolk county, New
order duly ~dopted on the 22nd day of March, 1966,

of the existing Refuse and Garbage District at Fishers Island, in the
TOWn of SouthOld, SUffol~'C~unty, New. York, known as the Fishers
Island Refuse and Garbage District, by annexing thereto the territory
hereinafter described; and a~' public hsaring, pursuant to dde notice
thereo~, having been held 'on the 12th~ day of April, 1966, at the
Fishers Island Fire House at Fishers Island, in the TOWn of Southold,

Avenue with the southeasterly line of Equestrian Avenue, said POint
being located 618.25 feet Nor{h and 3873.92 feet West of U.S. Coast
and Geodetic Triangulation Station "PROS"; from said point of beginn-
ing running along said line of Beach Avenue~ 8 courses, as follows:
