By amending Article IV B of said Ordinance by adding.a.~new section thereto to be Section 442, to read as follows: SECTION 442 - Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Article, a building or a combination of build- ings containing retail stores, mercantile establish- ments, offices, banks and financial institutions, commonlyknown as shopping centers, may be erected or altered in the "B-2" Business District, sub3ect, h=w- ever, to,the folloWing requirements: 1. The lot area shall be not less than one (1) acre. 2. At least twentY-five (25) per cent of the lot area shall be landscaped with grass and plantings. 3. Ail rainfall and storm water accumulated on the the premises shall be returned to the ground within the boundaries of the premises. II. By amending Article VII, Section 703 of said Ordinance to read as follows: SECTION 703 - NO building shall be erected ~r added to until a permit therefor has been issued by the Building Inspector. III. By amending Article X of said Ordinance by adding thereto a new section to be Section 1~08, to read as follows: SECTION 1008 - Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Ordinance, no multiple dwelling shall be erected, altered or used which does not provide a lot area of at least twelve thousand five hundred (12,500) square feet for each f~ily or dwelling unit. Albertson be and he hereby is di~ecte~, to enter into a contract with the Chain Link Fence .Co. for ,the purchase of approximately 1500 feet of fencing at $2,37 per foot, all installed at the Disposal ~ea, Cutcho~ue, New York, as per bid submitted.
