MEETING OF NOVEMBER 29, 1967
The Southo!d Town Board met at the office of the Supervisor, LestCr M.
Albertson, at Greenport, N.Y. on WedneSday, November 29, 1967, ~with the
following ~resent: Supervisor Albertson; ouncilmen Demarest and Valentine;
Justices Tuthill and Clark; Town Attorney 'Tasker;, Supt. of Highways Dean

RESOLVED: That the minutes of November 8, 1967, be and they hereby are
approved.

RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to request the
Long.Island Lighting Company to make a~ survey for street lights on Salt-
aire Way and Wavecrest Lane, both in Mattituck, N,Y.

~OW:, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Supervisor Lester M. Albertson be
and he Bereby is authorized to contribute half of the total cost up to
but not to exceed the sum of $475.00 toward the cost of dredging the
entrance_of Wunneweta Pond, Nassau Point, .Cutchogue, N.Y.

as to its form, manner of execution and sufficiency of sureties therein.

WHEREAS, Southold Planning Board has prepared an official report and
recommendation upon the petition of Galileo Valentini and Addie D.
Valentini, Fishers Island, N.Y. for a change of zone from "A" Residential
and AgriCultural District to "B" Business District on certain property
located ~n Fishers Island, N.Y.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a public hearing will be he~d by
the Sout~old Town Board at the Fishers Island Fire House, Fishers Island,
N.Y. on Tuemday, December 19, 1967, at,12:00 noon on the above mentioned
petition and that the Town Clerk be an'dl he hereby is authorized and direct-
ed to cause notice of said hearing to be published in the Suffolk Weekly
Times pursuant to the requirements of law.

NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a public hearing will be held by the
Southold Town Board at the Supervisor's Office, 16 South Street, Greenport,
N.Y. on Tuesday, December 19, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. on the above mentioned
petition and that the Town Clerk be and he hereby is authorized ~nd~dir~cted
to cause notice of said hearing to be published in the Suffolk Weekly~
Times pursuant to the requirements of law.

of Suffolk, her~einaf~er more fully described be rezoned and~ zoned from
"B" Business District to "A" Residential and Agricultural District,
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT t{ESOLVED: That the Building Zone Ordinance of the
Town of Southold, including the Building Zone Maps, forming a ~part ~thereof,
be amended by the Town Board on it's own motion, by changin~g f~om.~ ~ ~s-
iness uses to "A" Residential and Agricultural District the fol-lowin~
described property: ~
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly line ~of ~
Kenney's Road, with the southerly line of North Sea Drive; from

RESOLVED: That the Bond for Deep Hole Creek ~Estates, located at'-Mattituck,
owned and developed by Frank Zaleski be and ~ereby is extended for a period
of two (2~ year.

RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Board hereby accepts a Bank. Deposit
Book of North Fork Bank & Trust Company presented to Supervisor Lester
M. Albertson containing deposits of $9,000.00 as recommended by the
Southold Town Planning Board for the completion of roads in the suvdiv-
ision known as SUNSET KlqOLLS, owned ~dStanley Sledjeski, Mattituck, NY

RESOLVED: That Martin $uter, newly elected Justi,ce of the Peace,
be and he hereby is authcrized to attend Justice School, Albany, New

RESOLVED: That all actual and necessary expenses incurred while afitending
said school be a legal charge against the Town.

Building Inspector Howard M. Terry presented an application for a road
to be known as Beebe Drive Extension to the Town Board. This application
was turned over to the Planning Board for it's recommendation and approval,
to be tUrned over to the Town Board.
