WE, the undersigned, being members of the Tc~a'~d!5~f~ne~TOwn of Southold, Suffolk Count~,-New York, do hereby severally waive notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting of the Town Board t~ be held at G~eenport, in the Town of Southold, New York, on Friday, the 3rd day ~of March, 1967, and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for the transaction of any business which may properly come before said meeting. The meet- · ng was called to order by Supervisor Lester M. Albertson at 2:00 P.M. M~ved by Justice Tuthill; ~econded by Councilman Demarest; RESOLVED: That a genera~ bill in the amount of $731.00'be and hereby is ordered paid. ~ Vote of Town Board: Ayes- upervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tfithill and Clar~. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest~ '~ RESOLVED: T~at Supervisor Lester M. Albertson be and he hereby is authorized to sign-necessary papers for Home Rul~'Act on behalf of the Town Board which requests the passage of a bill allowin~g ~the Commissioner of Public Works to be or not to be the Superintendent of Highways. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demares% and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark. Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Tuthill; RESOLVED: That Supervisor Lester M. Albertson be and he hereby is authorized to sign necessary papers of an Act on behalf of the Town Board which requests the passage of the following Legislation: AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation t~ ~etirement of members of ~th~e police force or department o~ certain townS and villages in the county of Suffolk after"twenty years of service~. ~ Vote of iTown Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark. ~ Adjournment was at 3:00 P.M.
