Albert- son, 16 South Street, Greenport, 'New York, on Tuesday, DeCember 24, 1968. · he meeting was called to order at 11~:00 A.M. with the~ following present: Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justice Clark; Town ~ttorney Tasker; and Town Clerk Richmond. Absent: Justice 'Suter and Justice E. Perry Edwards. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That the next meeting of the Town Board will be held at the office of the Supervisor, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y.on January 2, 1969 at 3:00 P.M. vote of Town Board: Supervisor Albertson~ CouncilmenDemarest an~ Valentine; Justice Clark. MO~ed by Councilm~n Valentine; s~c0nded by_Justice clark; RESOLVED: That the minu~e~ of December 10, 1968, be and they hereby are duly approved. Vote of Town Boakd: Ayes-Supervzsor Albertson; Councilmen Dmmarest and Valentine; JuStice Clark. --~ The following resignation was received from Frank Dawson: Dear Sirs: I, Frank Dawson, of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, havingsbeen duly elected to the office of Town Trustee in and for the Town of iouthold, on the 7th day of November, 1967 and having duly qualified as~such officer, do hereby resign such office, to take effect midnight on December 31, 1968. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Clark; WHEREAS~ Frank Dawson has resigned his elected office of Town Trustee, Town of Southold, due to the retirement age of 70 years, NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Frank Dawson, New Suffolk, New York, be and hereby is appointed to fill his unexpired term of office of Town Trustee, Town of Southold, New York. That the reports of the Bay Constable and Justice Sut~r for the month of November, 1968, be and hereby a~e accepted~ by ~he Town- Board and placed on file. Supervisor Albertson reported that he had received the report from Audit and Control on Town General and Fishers Island Ferry District.- Moved by Counc-ilman V&lentine;~ ~e¢onded by Justice Clark; W~EREAS, Oscar Goldin applied to the Town Board for a s~n~le trailer per- mit dated December 16, 1968a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of Oscar Goldin ~o locate a single trailer on his property, Linnet Street, Greenport, N.Y. be and hereby is gr~nted for a period of s~x (6) months. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to request.the Long Island Lighting Company to insta'll the following lights: One 100 cp light on LILCO pole ~2, Betts Street, Cutchogue, One 175 MV on pole ~4, Stillwater Ave. & First Street, Cutcho~ue, N.Y. Klein Sr. has applied to'the Town Board for a-'single trailer renewal permit dated December 1I, 1968, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of John J. Klein, Sr to locate a single trailer on his property on Main'Ro~d, ~attituck,.
