The Southold Town Board met at the office of the Supervisor, Lester M~
Albertson, at Greenport, N.Y. on October 22, 1968, With the following
present: Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices
Clark an~ Suter; Town kttorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond.
Moved by Justice Suter; seconded by Justice Clark;
RESOLVED: That the-minutes of the meeting of October 10 ~968 be and they
are hereby approved~ ~ ' '
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen De~arest
and Valentine; Justices Clark and Suter.
Moved by Council.man Valentine; seconded by Justice Clark;
RESOLVED: That the next m~eting Of the Town Board will be held at the off-
ice of SuperviSor Lester M. A~bertson, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y.
on Thursday, November 7, 1968 at 3:00 P.M.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and
Valentine~ JuStices Clark ~d Suter.
Moved by Councilman Dema~est; seconded by Councilman Valentine;
RESOLVED: That the report of Justice Martin Suter for the month~ of
Sept.ember 196S be accepted by the TOwn Board and placed~ on file.

Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Councilman Valentine;
WHEREAS~ ~heodore Bokina~ Edward Sidor and Henry Stepnoski, Jr. have
served ~he Town of Southold as Police Patrolmen for a period of two ~
years~ .........
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salaries of Theodore Bokina,
Edward Sidor and Henry~S~epn~ski, Jr.~be and hereby are increased f~om
$6800.00 per year to $~2~0.00 per year, e~fective as of October 26,, 1968.

WHERE~S, GeOrge Ahlers, Barbara Rubin, L. Barron Hill and Adelaise H.
Hill hav~ made application to the Town Board to d~dicate certain roads at
Southold, N.Y~ to be known as HILL ROAD and MIDFARM ROAD, more fully
described in said petition together with release executed by the owners
thereof, and
WHEREAS, %he Highway Superintendent~as inspected the said Highway~'~nd
has advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all res-
pects with the specifications for the dedication of highways ~n~th~ Town
of Southoid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED: That in accordance with Section 171 of
the Highway Law of the State of New York consent be and the same~is given
to the ~ ' ~
Superintendent of ~ ghways~ to make an order laying.ou~the~.~aforesaid
highways ~o consist of lan~s des6rib&d in said app!ica~%gn~as, shown on
cer'ta~ m~p~ at~ached to said application, and
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is authorized
and directed to forthwith cause the dedication, release and deed to be
recorded in the office of the clerk~of the County of Suffolk, New YOrk~
