The Southold Town Beard met at the office of the Supervisor, Lester M' Albertson~, at 16 South Street, ~reenport, New Yor~, on July 30, 1968, with the~following present: Supervisor. Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and~ ValentIne; Justices Clark and Suter; Town Attorney Tasker; Superintend- ent of Highways Dean and Town Clerk Richmond. Moved by Justice Suter; seconded by Councilman Valentine; RESOLVED: That the minutes of July 16, 1968 be and they are hereby approved Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Va~lentine; Justices Clark and Surer. Moved by,Justice Suter; seconded by Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That the Town Board make its official visit to Fishers Island .N.Y. on Tuesday, August 20, 19'68, The meeting will be called to order at 1:00 P.M. in the Fishers Island School House. Supervisor Albertson is hereby authorized to provide transportation and the boat will leave Sterling Harbor Marina, Greenport, N.Y. at 9:00 A.M. Moved~by Justice Suter; seconded by Councilman Valentine; WHEREAS, Cutchogue Fire Department requests permission to use the parking lot under lease to the Town of Southold and situated across the street from the Cutchogue Fire House on the following dates: August 3 and August 24, 1968, NOW, ~THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Cutchogue Fire Department be granted the use of said parking lot on August 3 and 24, 1968, as requested. Saunders to locate a single, trailer on the property of Sophie T. Saunders, Main Road, Laurel, N.Y. be and the same is granted for a period of six (6) months.
